Moneyback policy
We herewith fully pledge our customer's ability to send their orders back to Canadian Pharmacy within the period of 30 days in case they experience the issues as follows:
The product is not identical to the ordered one;
The package is not any longer intact when delivered;
The item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

Your options upon approving and receiving a return materials authorization (RMA) are the following: you can either have your order replaced, refunded or you can be granted a store credit.
You have the option of tracing the history and progress of your refund upon logging in. Mind that we do not accept returns in case the item has been damaged, opened or claimed for return after the lapse of 30 days' period.
