Question: What is your specialization: brand mark drugs or generic drugs?
Answer: We only specialize in generic medicines.

Question: What drugs can I buy in your drugstore?
Answer: You are free to check the Products section of our drugstore to find out about the range of our medicines. However, you should keep in mind that there is a law regulation for certain medicines that need to be administered upon completing medical examination; therefore, we are not entitled to sell them online.

Question: What is a Generic Drug?
Answer: Generic drug is a pill that is composed of the same components but goes by a different name, usually by the name of its principal medicinal. This scheme is used to protect the copyright of the manufacturer.

Question: What makes your products so inexpensive?
Answer: Firstly, we do not have to make investments into promoting our product; secondly, the manufacturers are not registered within our country and they did not invest into development of the formula in the first place; and thirdly, we pay no taxes. We guarantee the absolute legacy, however.

Question: Why are pill-imprinted names other than brand names?
Answer: The name that you can see on the tablet is the name of its principal medicinal. There is a strict regulation as for the use of the brand name, and therefore the manufacturer who is not the developer of the formula has no rights to label its pills with the brand name. This does not affect the components of the generic pill, however, which remain identical to those of their brand name analogue.

Question: Why does a generic pill have different shape from that of a branded one?
Answer: This question can be answered in analogy with the previous one: the shape of the tablet is considered to be a registered trade mark feature, and so copying it would be considered as a copyright violation on the part of generic pill manufacturer.

Question: In what way do soft pills differ from regular ones?
Answer: Soft pills have lesser uptake period as opposed to the regular pills which it takes your blood longer to absorb. Soft pills start getting absorbed already in the mouth cavity thus producing the effect faster; also, a patient may consume adipose containing foods and hard drinks before the sexual activity while taking soft pills while it is impossible with taking regular pills.

Question: How does the package look?
Answer: A regular package contains 10 pills. If your order exceeds 60 pills you will receive it in two different envelopes. We will ship the remaining pills 3 days after we have dispatched the first part of the order.

Question: Are there going to be other drug lines launched any soon?
Answer: We are open to consider all of your needs. Just write us a letter with the inquiry and we will take every possibility in satisfying your needs soonest.

Question: Do you sell FDA approved medicines?
Answer: We sell only medicines produced in India and approved by Indian FDA. They are lawfully exported internationally and completely safe.

Question: What is the regular order submission procedure?
Answer: Our order processing system works by delivering your current request to a qualified practitioner who thereupon examines your health condition according to the information you have enclosed and makes the final decision as for the shipping of the product.
Next step is writing you a prescription with detailed instructions and transferring your request to the stock from which the drug you are in need of is shipped to you.

Question: Can I use alternative payment methods like checks, Paypal and cash?
Answer: We are sorry, but you can only check out with a valid credit card for now, as this is the safest and the fastest way for us to proceed with the shipping. The moment we verify all the required data your order will be sent out to your location without any delay.

Answer: This period includes the time needed for verifying the necessary data and approving your order. Our billing team representatives will charge your credit card immediately once all the billing routine is settled.

Question: How can I cancel my order?
Answer: Every customer is free to cancel his or her order under condition that it has not been shipped or approved for shipping by the practitioner yet. Question: How does SSL Encryption work?
Answer: SSL Encryption (otherwise referred to as Https) is engaged every time there is a need to protect confidential information, such as credit card information, passwords, personal documents and mailing, IDs, IMs, etc. This kind of encryption’s work is based on using the so-called Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). You will know that you are being transferred to the secure connection page by a small lock item appearing on the top of your browser page or in your address bar where the usual ‘http’ initials will be substituted by ‘https’ (hence the other name for the encryption. This will indicate that all the information you are submitting while on this page will be absolutely safe.

Question: Do I have to be out of age to order at your drugstore?
Answer: Yes, you do. We can only accept the orders from persons over 18 years of age.

Question: What means of shipping do you offer?
Answer: Currently there are two options available as for the shipping methods:

Question: What happens if my order needs to be custom-cleared?
Answer: If your order is kept at a custom service for some time you will be necessarily informed about that and asked to arrive at their office to give your consent for the envelope to be opened and examined. If after the examination procedure you will still have difficulties in obtaining your medicines you are welcome to apply for our help regarding this matter.

Question: What are my options if the package is not intact?
Answer: If this is your case, please feel free to apply for our support team representative’s help and we will shortly settle the problem by either returning you the money or replacing the package (see the terms & policy section).
